The real stars of Angelo's menu are, without a doubt, their pizzas. With a thick, beautifully crusted foundation, their pizzas cater to all taste buds. Customer reviews echo an admiration for their huge portions—the small size is rumored to feed more like a medium. The meatballs are described as the size of softballs, bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the al dente pasta and rich sauce that envelops it. And let’s not forget about the eggplant parmesan, a dish that has earned nods for its deliciousness, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.

Despite a few reports of slower service at times, the warm and welcoming staff at Angelo's ensure that your visit is as enjoyable as the food. Diners appreciate the friendly service, which enhances the overall experience.

We ordered to go one Sunday afternoon and were surprised at how quickly our order was ready. 20 minutes after ordering we arrived at the to go entrance in back of the restaurant and were immediately greeted by the wafting smell of baked bread. We were greeted by a server and paid and then out came our order… a few large pizzas, plates of spaghetti and meatballs, chicken fettuccini, and to round things out, and 3 salads. The pizza were piping hot and the toppings were piled high. Every bite was filled with deliciously fresh toppings and the cheese was generously streaming down the cut edges. The meatballs were the size of softballs and provided an excellent vessel for the heaping amount of sauce that smothered the perfectly al dente pasta. The fettuccini went the quickest, each seemingly endless strand of pasta. The salads were refreshing and a wonderful way to incorporate fresh textures into the meal. It had been so long since we visited and were thankful to have enjoyed such a wonderful meal on a Sunday afternoon. We look forward to returning soon!

Love love love this spot for take out. You like a nice thick beautiful crust on your pizza this is your spot. Why not give 5 stars? We always have to spin the salads. Super soggy lettuce. I'm grateful they wash it just wish they dried it as well. Another plus, great customer service. Everyone's happy, friendly, and welcoming.

Server was slow but the food made up for it, the best pizza I've ever had. And the pizza was huge for a bambino size, you could feed 2 hungry people. We also got a medium which looks like it could feed a whole family. The server wasn't very attentive and kind of slow, we had to seat ourselves. The food was amazing and delicious. The Caesar salad dressing and ranch taste unlike any I've ever had, they are creamy and full of flavor.

Loved this place. Pizza's are very large, we shared a small and the size was more like a medium tbh. Garlic cheese bread was amazing.

Very good food. I had the eggplant Parmesan, and it did not disappoint. It was very good and I would order it again. The side salad was excellent; very tasty and flavorful. The garlic cheese bread was excellent, fresh and warm. My buddy had the meatball spaghetti and he said it was very good. I ordered medium cheese pizza to take home; fresh and delicious. Also, the size was more like an extra large and a medium. And dessert was very good, I got the ice cream. The average plate is about $20 but it’s worth it. I would definitely go back for another meal.

Long-time local favorite...people who move away still drive in to Alhambra to enjoy their menu! Staff is friendly and welcome everyone like family. Pasta, pizza, Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast, and iced tea followed by dessert...perfect! By the way.. If you're in the mood for pizza and dining alone - Angelo's has a "bambino" size pizza that's perfect for a lone diner just eager to eat a great pizza! Chicken Parm..is served with soup or salad and vegetable and spaghetti sides. You HAVE to be hungry for this one!

One of the last places that serves real homemade pizza. Huge slices
